Completed in October 2018, Juruga House was designed by our clients in partnership with AE Studio based in Macmasters Beach. The project consisted of an old cottage knock down on a sloping bush block, significant excavation and new build over four levels with sandstone garage, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living spaces, home office, multiple deck areas with water views and a separate apartment.
Design features include hand-milled hardwood beams and posts, spotted gum hardwood flooring, shadow line plasterboard, sandstone chimney with open fireplace and cabinetry by Loughlin Furniture and Jasper Design.
