Heath House

Heath House is an exceptional collaboration between the award-winning architects at Fabric Architecture Studio and our master craftsmen at BBM Constructions. Situated on the edge of Bouddi National Park, Heath House was born from an idea around creating a home on a challenging site that sought to disturb as little as possible of the surrounding environment. The spaces orientate out toward the water providing an expansive view from any point on any level. Charred timber cladding pays respect to the harsh nature of the Australian bush while the concrete and natural stone grounds the building in place and site.

Completed in March 2025 with architectural finishes of the highest standard, this unique coastal gem is now on the market through Belle Property Killcare.
