Based in Sydney, our clients were looking for a builder on the Central Coast to assist them with the purchase of a suitable block of land or an existing home ready for demolition. BBM Constructions was instrumental in this search process which resulted in the purchase of an old home ready for knock down in Macmasters Beach.
After meetings with various Sydney-based architects, our clients engaged BBM Constructions to work closely with a local draftsman to ensure the final design was cost effective yet incorporated all of the clients’ design and finish expectations. The end result is a high-end, modern and spacious holiday home with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, extensive decks, a private lap pool and 180-degree ocean views. Macmasters Beach House was a finalist in the 2016 HIA Hunter Region Awards custom built home category.
